World Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Institute is an international art institution established in 2006. It was started by World Chinese Overseas Trade Union General Attestation, Committee Global Director of World Chinese Elite, Metropolitan World Artists Club, International League of artists, World Art Festival Committee, World Chinese Collectors Association and World Arts Managers Association.
